Welcome to winbox app. This document contains the official terms and conditions governing the use of the platform, services, games, and all other features provided by winbox app to users in Malaysia. Please take the time to read this document in full before using our platform.

When you register an account or use any part of the winbox app platform — whether through the website, Android or iOS app, or any other interface — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the winbox app platform immediately.

1User Eligibility

Winbox app is an online gaming platform that is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. By registering an account, you confirm that you are a legal adult eligible to use this service.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration
• You must register as a private individual, not on behalf of a company or other entity
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online gaming services
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the winbox app platform is lawful in your region

2Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one account only at winbox app. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of these terms. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

• An active phone number registered under your own name
• A valid email address that you can access
• Accurate bank details for payment purposes and identity verification

3Deposits & Payments

All deposits into your winbox app account must be made through payment methods approved by the platform. winbox app accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be solely owned by you
• Winbox app does not accept cash deposits directly or transfers from third parties
• All deposits are subject to ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) screening
• Daily and weekly deposit limits may apply based on your account level and transaction history

4Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your winbox app account are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• The account must have successfully completed full identity verification (KYC)
• No suspicious activity or active investigation associated with the account
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirement before the funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the winbox app account
• Processing time: 3 to 15 minutes for standard bank transfers

5Bonus & Promotions

• Each user is only eligible to receive a particular bonus once unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before any bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users
• Winbox app reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud or abuse is suspected
• Promotions have expiry dates and cannot be claimed after those dates

6Game Rules

All games on the winbox app platform — including slot games, fish shooting, bingo, and table games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been independently audited. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active round will be resolved based on the official winbox app server records
• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit technical errors is a serious violation
• Wins obtained through unfair means or fraud will be voided in full

7User Responsibilities

As a winbox app user, you are fully responsible for:

9Liability Limits

• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

10Account Termination

Winbox app reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or manipulate games

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting winbox app customer support. Any valid funds in a voluntarily closed account will be processed after all withdrawal requirements are fulfilled.

11Changes to These Terms

Winbox app reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time.
